We’ve also added a list tab. This displays all the events you have in your calendar. They are listed in the order they will be occurring. This layout makes it easy to scan through them all. At the top of each listing, you’ll see the date and time of the event. Plus, you’ll get a description.

Toggling between these two views is seamless. In the top-right corner of the screen, you’ll be able to select which option you want.

Effective communication is key. But you can’t rely on everyone having a computer. In fact, a recent survey found that 46.7 percent of people prefer to use calendars on their phones. That’s why we made sure that our calendar will work on mobile phones. It doesn’t matter what device you use. You’ll always be able to access your organization’s calendar.

Sometimes, you just want to find a specific event. We’ve made searching simple. Keyword searches are a great way to find events. Or you can search for events that are occurring in specific locations. Another option is to use filters to easily find events. Narrow down your options to members-only events. Or you find events that are open to the public.
